About Dr Becky Harley
Dr Becky Harley is a dedicated General Practitioner with over a decade of clinical experience, working across both NHS and private sectors. With a background in pharmacology and a medical degree from the University of Aberdeen, she combines a strong scientific foundation with a compassionate, patient-centred approach to care. After qualifying as a GP in 2018, Dr Harley developed a special interest in dermatology, completing a Postgraduate Diploma through the University of South Wales in 2021. Her clinical expertise was further enhanced in 2025 when she became an accredited Lifestyle Medicine Physician, reflecting her passion for preventative healthcare and sustainable behaviour change. Dr Harley focuses on empowering patients through evidence-based interventions. These range from nutrition and physical activity to stress management and sleep optimisation, to prevent and manage chronic disease. Known for her warm and empathetic style, she values building trust-based relationships and is committed to delivering personalised, holistic care. Outside of medicine, she is a proud mother of two, married to an orthopaedic surgeon, and enjoys staying active through regular exercise and home-cooked family meals. Dr Harley strives to help patients lead healthier, more fulfilling lives by inspiring positive, lasting change.
