Associate Professor Augusto Gonzalvo is a Neurosurgeon and Spinal Surgeon specialising in Skull-Base Surgery, Pituitary Surgery and Neuro-oncology. He currently sees patients at Epworth Richmond Hospital.
He completed his medical degree at the La Plata National University, Argentina in 1999. He later moved to Australia and became registered with the Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency in 2006. He became a Fellow in Neurosurgery of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2011.
A/Prof Gonzalvo believes that reasonable treatment options backed by science and evidence-based medicine are the key to delivering effective clinical outcomes.
