Anne has over twenty years experience working in various mental health settings and she completed an Open University Batchelor of Arts (Honours) while working in community support and training. Through her work Anne developed an interest in self-develop through creative and holistic methods and she earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Integrated Counselling and Art Therapy from the Insitute of Technology Carlow. Anne was fully accredited with IACP in 2020 and has worked in counselling both online and face to face from her practice in Raheny since. She has completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Trauma-informed  Psychotherapy and her commitment to professional development is evident through additional qualifications, such as a Diploma in Aromatherapy, and Anatomy, and Massage.

Anne’s work is grounded in cultural competence, individualism, diversity and equality and she integrates various therapeutic modalities to support healing and growth.
