He was awarded membership of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2012 and ranked first in the national selection for Urological specialty training, which he completed in 2021, subsequently becoming a Urological Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Mr. Campbell has developed specialised expertise in Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate (HoLEP) surgery and endourology through training at Luton & Dunstable Hospital, where he refined his skills in performing HoLEP procedures in 2022. Later that year, he was appointed to a substantive NHS consultant post in Milton Keynes to setup the HoLEP and bladder outflow surgery service. His clinical expertise spans all areas of endourology, andrology, and urological oncology, ensuring comprehensive care for a wide range of urological conditions.
