About
Dr Ana Pascual Sanchez is a Clinical
Psychologist at the London Psychiatry Clinic where she works with children,
adolescents, and young adults. She is dedicated to helping young people with
mental health or neurodevelopmental conditions overcome emotional and
behavioural difficulties and build on their strengths. She is able to offer
individual or family sessions to her patients and aims to provide a safe and
supportive space without judgement.
She takes a patient-centric approach to
care and involves her patients in their treatment plans to ensure it suits them
best. She especially recognised the importance of integrating treatment plans
not just into isolated therapy sessions, but also into daily life.

prescribe medication; however, she supports medication where required and can
work together with your psychiatrist to combine your treatment plan.
Dr Pascual Sanchez has trained in a
number of psychotherapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
(CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Mentalization-based therapy
(MBT).
