Ana Moore is an accredited psychotherapist and counsellor specialising in adolescent and adult mental health, offering both online and in-person sessions for individuals and couples. Ana also completed a certificate on the fundamentals of recognising and responding to Domestic Violence and Coercive Control with Safe Ireland.

Ana works with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, relationship difficulties, behavioural issues, suicidal ideation, self-harm and life transitions. She has particular expertise in supporting young people navigating school changes, peer relationships, and the pressures of growing up. Her approach is highly individualised, integrating multiple therapeutic modalities to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs.

As a Pluralistic and Integrative Psychotherapist, Ana collaborates closely with clients to set and achieve personal goals. She draws on a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Humanistic, Person-Centred, Narrative, Motivational Interviewing, Reality Therapy, and Existential frameworks.

Known for her empathy, non-judgmental presence, and genuine engagement, Ana provides a safe space for clients to explore challenges and develop meaningful coping strategies. Her work spans a broad spectrum, including mood and stress disorders, bereavement, parenting, career guidance, and women’s mental health, helping clients build resilience and achieve personal growth.
