About Mr Alistair Foote
Alistair Foote is a Senior Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapist and Spinal Lead at LDN PHYSIO. With over six years of experience in outpatient physiotherapy, he has worked in both NHS hospitals and private clinics across Brighton and London. Ali has developed a particular expertise in spinal conditions through his work in spinal pain clinics in Hackney and Central London, as well as consultant-led chronic pain management services. These roles have equipped him to manage a wide range of complex spinal issues, from acute injuries to persistent, long-term conditions. His holistic approach to patient care is supported by his AACP-accredited acupuncture training and his proficiency in manual therapy techniques. Outside of his clinical work, Ali has a strong interest in contact sports and strength training. A first dan black belt and active rugby player for East London Rugby Club, he draws on his own athletic experience to guide patients through rehabilitation, with a special focus on upper and lower limb injuries. His personal understanding of sports-related injuries allows him to support individuals in returning to their chosen activities with confidence and resilience.
"Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions."
