Throughout her career, she has worked with diverse clientele from various cultural backgrounds, providing individual psychotherapy for adults, psychological assessments, and psychotherapy for children, couples, and families.
Dr. Vasilache's approach to therapy is flexible and tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. While she draws from various therapeutic orientations, she specialises in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). In addition to her expertise in eating disorders, Dr. Vasilache is trained in Behavioral Activation for Depression and conducts group therapy for individuals struggling with Social Anxiety. She adopts a systemic approach when working with adolescents, involving the entire family in the therapeutic process. Her areas of focus include anxiety disorders, depression, personality disorders, addiction tendencies, OCD, couples therapy, bipolar disorder, and psychosis.
