He completed his Orthopaedic Surgery residency at McMaster University in Canada, followed by two advanced fellowships at the University of British Columbia in Adult Foot and Ankle Surgery and Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgery. He is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada.
