About this clinic
One Woman Health is a private women’s health clinic providing specialist care in menopause, perimenopause and hormonal health. The clinic offers services focused on the assessment and management of hormonal and midlife health concerns, including menopause, early menopause, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), testosterone deficiency, vulval and vaginal health, and period-related conditions.
The clinic also provides support for a range of broader health concerns associated with hormonal changes, including bone health, heart health, weight management and metabolic health. Services include consultation, diagnosis, treatment planning and prescribing where appropriate, with care tailored to individual clinical needs.
One Woman Health is led by Dr Nina Wilson, a GP specialising in women’s health. She is accredited by the British Menopause Society and is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners. Her clinical work focuses on menopause care and wider women’s health concerns, supported by experience in NHS practice and advisory roles in healthcare organisations.
Consultations are available both in person and online. Face-to-face appointments are offered at Goring Hall Hospital in Worthing and at The Wellness Clinic in East Preston, alongside video consultations.
The clinic also provides corporate services, including workplace education and support programmes relating to menopause, healthy ageing and women’s health.
