Manchester Royal Infirmary - PPU is a dedicated unit within the Manchester Royal Infirmary, specializing in the care of patients with complex medical needs. The unit provides a range of services, including:

- High dependency care: For patients who are not critically ill but require close monitoring and support.
- Respiratory care: For patients with breathing difficulties.

The PPU team consists of highly skilled and experienced healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and speech and language therapists. They work closely with patients and their families to provide individualised care and support.
The PPU is located on the 7th floor of the Manchester Royal Infirmary. Visiting hours are from 2 pm to 8 pm daily.
