Smiles in Tandem, is the new name for Grayes Dental Care which was founded by Richard and Jennifer Graye over 30 years ago. As the new owners Karl and Marisa Walker-Finch are hoping to continue the years of high quality friendly dental care that has been provided at the practice for many years.
Karl mentors and lectures on dental implants on the Masters in Dental Implantology Programme at the University of Salford.
Marisa is a BACP Accredited Psychotherapist who has been running her own counselling business in Elland, Halifax and online for over five years.
We aim to provide person-centred care in a sustainable way so that together we can enjoy a healthy planet and our patients can enjoy a healthy smile and mental wellbeing.
Smiles in Tandem offers a full range of dental services, from simple dentistry to more advanced treatments including:

They are able to treat anxious patients with care and even counselling for phobias when needed and focus on developing continuous relationships with their patients so that they can offer them the best care possible. Treatment is delivered at a pace determined by the patients and explanations are always given before beginning any treatment.
Parents are also encouraged to bring their children to see the dentist from an early age to reduce any apprehension and to help develop good dental habits.
