Ein wichtiger Schwerpunkt der Praxis ist die Behandlung der Neurodermitis, welche eine der häufigsten Hauterkrankungen bei Säuglingen, Kindern und Jugendlichen darstellt. Neurodermitis ist eine chronische Entzündung der Haut und verläuft meist schubweise, sie ist meistens mit quälendem Juckreiz verbunden. Es wird auch als atopische Dermatitis, atopisches Ekzem oder endogenes Ekzem bezeichnet. Da es sich bei der Neurodermitis um eine recht komplexe Störung handelt, müssen viele verschiedene Faktoren in ein ganzheitliches Konzept zusammengefasst werden. Wird Neurodermitis nicht adäquat behandelt, kann es dauerhaft auch zu körperlichen, psychischen oder psychosomatischen Negativfolgen kommen.
Des Weiteren umfasst das Leistungsspektrum der Praxis die Allergologie, Pneumologie und viele weitere spezifische Bereiche der Kinderheilkunde wie die Stillberatung, Entwicklungsneurologie und Jungendmedizin.
