About
She specialises in treating anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), depression, panic attacks, phobias, postnatal depression, sleep disorders, work-related stress, and low self-esteem. She also has additional experience with health anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, PTSD (with trauma-focused CBT), specific phobias, and trichotillomania.
Her therapeutic approach is centred on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed CBT (TF-CBT). She takes a structured, goal-oriented approach to treatment, adapting therapy to each client’s needs while fostering a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
Natasha holds a PGDip in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from Royal Holloway, a PGCert in Low Intensity CBT-Based Interventions from Reading University, and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Portsmouth, graduating with first-class honours. She is a BABCP-accredited behavioural and cognitive psychotherapist.
She has a particular interest in perinatal and postnatal mental health care, supporting young adults (18–25 years old), and adapting therapy for neurodiverse individuals, including those with ASD and ADHD.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
