Most "medical tourism" sites sell your enquiry to whoever pays the highest commission. EuroClinics doesn't take commissions from clinics. We return three transparent quotes per request, ranked by accredited outcomes, surgeon credentials and your declared budget — and we hold the funds in escrow until you are physically discharged. That's the entire business model.
It works because we charge the patient a fixed €99 coordination fee, refunded if you do not proceed. Clinics pay nothing to be listed and cannot pay to rank higher. The integrity of the comparison is the product.

Is medical tourism safe when booked through EuroClinics?
Every destination clinic is internationally accredited (JCI, TEMOS or ISO 9001). Your surgeon's licence is cross-checked against the destination country's public medical registry. Funds stay in escrow until the procedure date, so a cancelled appointment never leaves you out of pocket.
What does the bundled price actually include?
Procedure + anesthesia, surgeon and theatre fees, in-clinic recovery, 2-5 nights of recovery accommodation, airport transfers, dedicated English-fluent coordinator, and 6 months of remote follow-up consultations. Travel insurance and flights are not included by default — we surface partner quotes for both at checkout.
How do I get a quote without sharing private records?
The initial quote needs only basic intake (procedure, age range, key conditions). Detailed records are uploaded only once you accept a clinic's proposal, into our EU-residency end-to-end encrypted vault accessible solely by the destination clinic and yourself.
What if something goes wrong post-procedure?
You stay enrolled with your home GP. Your destination clinic sends discharge summaries (FHIR + PDF) within 48h, and remote follow-up consultations run for 6 months free of charge. EuroClinics also operates a malpractice review board that audits any escalation within 5 working days.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
Yes. Full refund of escrowed funds up to 7 days before the procedure. Partial refund (minus accommodation that the clinic cannot resell) within the 7-day window. Refunds settle in EUR within 3 EU banking days.
Do you cover paediatric procedures or organ transplants?
Not yet — both have regulatory complexities we are unwilling to abstract over. Paediatric dental and orthopaedic procedures are coming in Q3 2026; organ transplant logistics remain on our 2027 horizon.
