1. Controller
EuroClinics SL is the controller for marketplace data; the tenant clinic is the controller for clinical records and EuroClinics acts as processor under the DPA.
2. What we collect
Identity, contact, booking, payment metadata, and (with explicit consent) health data per GDPR Article 9.
3. Your rights (Articles 12–22)
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, automated-decision opt-out. Contact dpo@euroclinics.net.
4. Retention
Marketplace account: 7 years after last login then anonymised. Clinical records: per EU member-state law.
