2000 schloss Veith Moser das Medizinstudium an der Universität Wien ab und ist seit 2006 österreichischer und europäischer Facharzt. An der Schweizer Universitätsklinik arbeitet Dr. Moser leitender Oberarzt der Abteilung für Plastische und ästhetische Chirurgie und übernahm die operative Betreuung der Schweizer Diagnosen Transsexualismus F64.0 (ICD-10).
Seit 2009 ist er Oberarzt in den Bereichen Plastische, Rekonstruktive, Hand- und Nervenchirurgie. Außerdem ist Dr. Moser Leiter der Rekonstruktiven Ambulanz am Standort Lorenz Böhler des Traumazentrum Wien.
