Zu seinen operativen Spezialgebieten zählen unter anderem die Brustvergrößerung mit Eigenfett, Augenlidstraffungen, moderne Facelift-Behandlungen, die operative Behandlung von Gynäkomastie sowie Nasenkorrekturen. Ergänzt wird das Angebot durch körperformende Eingriffe mit Eigenfetttransplantation, rekonstruktive Operationen sowie minimalinvasive ästhetische Behandlungen und innovative Verfahren der regenerativen Medizin wie PRP, iPRF, Stammzellen- und Exosomen-Therapien.

Univ.-Prof. Dr. Türkof absolvierte seine Ausbildung an der Abteilung für Plastische und Rekonstruktive Chirurgie am AKH Wien bei Prof. H. Millesi. Nach seiner Habilitation im Jahr 1996 wurde er außerordentlicher Universitätsprofessor und eröffnete im selben Jahr seine Privatordination.

Neben seiner klinischen Tätigkeit ist Univ.-Prof. Dr. Türkof auch wissenschaftlich und international tätig. Er veröffentlichte zahlreiche wissenschaftliche Arbeiten und leitete Projekte unter anderem in den USA, Ägypten, der Ukraine, Indien und Nepal. Für seine wissenschaftlichen Leistungen erhielt er unter anderem den Peat-Prize der Indischen Gesellschaft für Plastische Chirurgie sowie den Billroth-Preis der Österreichischen Ärztekammer.

Durch regelmäßige internationale Fort- und Weiterbildungen – unter anderem in Chicago, Paris, Brüssel, München, Montpellier, Lissabon und Tel Aviv – beschäftigt sich Univ.-Prof. Dr. Türkof kontinuierlich mit den neuesten Entwicklungen und modernsten Behandlungsmethoden seines Fachgebietes.
