About Dr Simon Travis
Simon Travis is one of the UK's leading gastroenterologists and is the Professor of Clinical Gastroenterology at the University of Oxford. He is a former President of the European Crohn's and Colitis Organisation (ECCO, 2012-2014)and Consultant Gastroenterologist at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust. His clinical expertise includes all gut disorders (ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, irritable bowel syndrome, nutrition, endoscopy and colonoscopy) with research interests in novel therapy, endoscopic assessment, digital monitoring and patient-reported outcomes for inflammatory bowel disease.
