She moved to Dubai in 2014 to work as the Head of the Special Needs Department in a private school. In this role she developed her expertise in supervising Special Education Teachers as well as developing and being a part of Individual Educational Programs for the children at the school. She is passionate about education and so also collaborated with parents of the children at the school to raise awareness of the rights and needs of children with Special Educational Needs.
Her main areas of specialist expertise include: voice disorders; children with articulation errors, stuttering and apraxia; neurodevelopmental disorders; swallowing problems; hearing loss and auditory processing disorder.
