Professor Tom Wong
About
He earned his bachelor's degree in 1993 from the University of Aberdeen before undertaking cardiac training at the Royal Brompton and Harefield hospitals before joining the team in 2006.
In 1995, he obtained a 'People of the Year' award from the Association for Disability and Rehabilitation, and in 2005, he received a 'Young Investigator Award' from Heart Rhythm UK.
Dr Wong was appointed clinical director of the cardiac catheterisation laboratory at Royal Brompton Hospital in 2010. He has been the chair of arrhythmia services since 2015.
