About Mr Sunil Panchani
Mr Sunil Panchani is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with over two decades of experience in the treatment and management of hip and knee issues. He sees private patients at the Ramsay Renacres Hospital and the Wrightington Hospital Mr Panchani gained his primary medical qualifications from the University of Liverpool in 2004, and followed this with his basic surgical training in Merseyside, as well as his higher surgical training within the Northwest of England. Sunil was also awarded his Masters degree in Orthopaedic Engineering at Cardiff University, during which he acquired knowledge regarding the biomechanics of joint replacements. He gained Fellowship with the Royal College of Surgeons in 2013 and was appointed Consultant in 2017, at the Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh Orthopaedic Department. Mr Panchani is also active in the research community, authoring several peer reviewed publications in medical journals, and has also worked as an Investigator on many clinical trials.
