About
Mr Malik qualified in Medicine in 1997 with Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery degrees. He completed a Masters in General Surgery in 2002. In 2004 he became a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons and in 2009 a Fellow in General Surgery. In 2015 he completed the European Board of Surgical Qualifications and an MS Coloproctology in 2015.
In addition, Mr Malik is interested in research regarding bowel cancer, polyp cancer, incontinence, colonoscopy, improving patient recovery and keyhole surgery. He has also received many awards including Merit Scholarship India.
