Mr
Mr James Michael Potter
Physiotherapy
About
After qualifying from the University of Hertfordshire, he completed his junior and senior rotations at Ipswich Hospital before moving into private practice in Woodbridge, where he worked successfully for over 10 years. Alongside this, he led the physiotherapy and rehabilitation team at Ipswich Town Football Club Academy for six years, supporting the development and recovery of young athletes.
James later served as a senior leader and clinical lead within a large social enterprise delivering physiotherapy services for the NHS in Suffolk. In this role, he was instrumental in developing a highly regarded education and training programme for clinicians.
In 2023, he achieved his Advanced Practice accreditation with the Centre of Advanced Practice, NHS England, further cementing his expertise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and advanced clinical care.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
