Physiotherapy
About
In addition to her clinical expertise, Sam has a strong interest in lifestyle medicine. She is also a qualified Pilates instructor and adapted Tai Chi teacher, integrating these disciplines into her holistic approach to physiotherapy.
Sam’s dedication to evidence-based practice has led her to publish pioneering research into the impact of physiotherapy and Pilates on women’s health, as well as studies on the role of modified Pilates in managing back pain. She continues her research in collaboration with the University of Essex.
She is a registered physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), the Pelvic Organ and Gynaecological Physiotherapy Association (POGP), and a certified Mummy MOT Practitioner.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
