About Dr Greg Stuart
Dr Greg Stuart is a General Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals make sustainable changes to improve their health and wellbeing. He began his career with a degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Southampton, followed by a Master of Science in Nutrition, Obesity, and Public Health from the University of Leeds. After qualifying in medicine at the University of East Anglia, he completed his GP training in South Wales and became a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners. Dr Stuart also holds a Diploma in Occupational Medicine, which supports his work in helping people maintain their health and thrive in their careers. He is a qualified Nutritional Intervention and Weight Management Advisor and a Member of the Royal Society of Public Health, with expertise in nutrition and lifestyle management. As a member of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine, he adopts a holistic and preventive approach to healthcare. In his practice, he tailors his support to each individual, guiding them toward long-term, sustainable improvements in wellbeing. He also works as an NHS GP, providing care across a variety of settings. Outside of work, he is a keen fitness enthusiast and avid sports fan. He finds his greatest joy in being a father, and his busy family life reinforces the importance of balance and holistic health.
