About
Dr Rahman graduated from the Royal Free School of Medicine in 1997 before undertaking specialist gastroenterology training. He went on to obtain a PhD from UCL, where he studied the immunopathogenesis of inflammatory bowel disease.
In addition to his clinical and teaching responsibilities, Dr Rahman is committed to furthering the field of gastroenterology and has spent time researching conditions including Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, and intestinal failure. His work has been published in a number of renowned scientific journals including The Lancet, Gut and the Journal of Crohn's & Colitis. Dr Rahman also has a passion for medical education and is also an Honorary Associate Professor at University College London. His experience in education, research, and clinical practice allows him to provide his patients with the best possible treatment and care.
