Dina El Achi is a licensed Clinical Dietitian with the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), committed to providing evidence-based nutritional guidance to help individuals achieve their health goals. With a strong focus on wellness and personalised care, she specialises in supporting patients with weight management, chronic disease management, and overall health improvement through tailored dietary plans.
Currently, Dina works as a Clinical Dietitian at Enfield Royal Clinic Dubai and is also affiliated with Dynamic Aesthetic Clinic, where she continues to provide expert dietary guidance. Her previous experience includes part-time roles at AMSA Healthcare and British Medical Complex, where she gained expertise in renal nutrition, medical nutrition therapy, and diet planning. She has also been actively involved in nutrition education and patient communication, helping individuals develop sustainable eating habits for long-term well-being.
Dina began her clinical experience with an internship at Labib Medical Center in Lebanon, where she deepened her knowledge of clinical nutrition and dietary counselling. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition from the Lebanese International University, which she completed in 2018.
Alongside her academic background, Dina has obtained multiple professional certifications and licenses. She holds a Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license, issued in October 2023, and is also licensed by the Ministry of Public Health in Lebanon. Her additional qualifications include Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers, awarded by the American Safety and Health Institute in November 2023. She has also completed specialised training in Sport Psychology and the Role of the Dietitian, issued by Catalyst Training Lab in October 2020, as well as training in the Thyroid Nutrition Triangle in June 2020. Further certifications in Food Safety and Hygiene in the Catering Industry and Human Health – Diet and Nutrition were obtained from the platform Alison in May 2024.
