Mr Deepak Janardhanan is a board-certified consultant urological surgeon with over ten years' experience as a clinician and surgeon. He is experienced in extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) and endourology and urodynamics for lower urinary tract conditions. Dr Janardhanan has a special interest in the use of laser treatment for kidney stones. He also offers non-surgical treatment for stones and prostate, treatment of male sexual dysfunction and infertility, early cancer detection, and keyhole surgeries.
Mr Janardhanan consults at the Harley International Medical Clinic as well as the Medeor 24x7 Hospital in Dubai where he has been for six years.
Mr Janardhanan qualified from AIMS, India, where he was recognized as the best outgoing fellow. Following this he went on to undertake a fellowship in laparoscopic urology at the University of Strasbourg in 2012. He has also undertaken training in Finland in the field of minimally invasive treatment for female stress incontinence. He first became a consultant urologist at the Little Flower Hospital in 2013 and has since built his reputation in the field whilst working at Medor Hospital and Burjeel Hospital.
