Dr. med. Alexandra Borgmann ist Fachärztin für Innere Medizin und Allgemeinmedizin und führt eine hausärztliche Praxis in der Beethovenstraße in Maintal. Die Praxis arbeitet ausschließlich nach Terminvereinbarung und bietet zusätzlich Akut-Sprechstunden ohne vorherige Terminbuchung an. Die medizinische Versorgung erfolgt im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Krankenversicherung sowie über Selbstzahlerleistungen.Zum allgemeinmedizinischen Leistungsspektrum der Praxis gehören Laboruntersuchungen, regelmäßige Gesundheitsuntersuchungen ab dem 35. Lebensjahr mit Kontrolle von Blutzucker, Blutfetten, Urin, Blutdruck und ärztlicher Beratung sowie ein einmaliger Gesundheitscheck für die Altersgruppe 18 bis 34 Jahre. Ebenso werden Hautkrebsscreenings ab dem 35. Lebensjahr, Ruhe-EKGs, Belastungs-EKGs mittels Fahrradergometrie, Langzeit-EKGs, Impfungen und Impfberatungen gemäß STIKO, Jugendgesundheitsuntersuchungen (J1 und J2), Lungenfunktionsuntersuchungen mittels Spirometrie sowie Ultraschalluntersuchungen der Bauchorgane und der Schilddrüse durchgeführt.Die Praxis nimmt an mehreren strukturierten Behandlungsprogrammen (Disease-Management-Programme) teil, darunter DMP Asthma, DMP COPD, DMP Diabetes mellitus Typ 2 sowie DMP Koronare Herzerkrankung (KHK).Ergänzend werden weitere medizinische Leistungen auf Selbstzahlerbasis angeboten. Dazu zählen reisemedizinische Beratungen mit entsprechenden Impfungen, erweiterte Gesundheitschecks, erweiterte Laboruntersuchungen, sportmedizinische und sporttauglichkeitsbezogene Untersuchungen, ärztliche Atteste für Kindergarten, Schule oder Sportverein, individuelle Gesundheitsleistungen, Beratung zur Patientenverfügung, Injektions- und Infusionstherapien sowie Vitamin- und Aufbaukuren.
