Im Zentrum ihrer Arbeit steht jedoch ein ganzheitlicher Ansatz: In ihrer Zusatzqualifikation MSc in Lifestyle Medicine, die sie an der Universität Thessalien absolviert hat, hat sie sich auf wissenschaftlich fundierte Strategien zur Gesundheitsförderung durch Veränderung des Lebensstils spezialisiert. Sie unterstützt Patient:innen dabei, Ernährung, Bewegung, Schlaf, Stressbewältigung, soziale Beziehungen, Umwelteinflüsse und Suchtverhalten nachhaltig zu verbessern. Dabei geht es ihr nicht nur um Vorbeugung, sondern auch um die unterstützende Behandlung und Begleitung bei chronischen Erkrankungen. Ihre Ordinationszeit ist dienstags von 13:00 bis 18:30 Uhr. Termine können telefonisch oder online vereinbart werden.
