Miss Zoe Kidney
Physiotherapy
About
Zoe has gained substantial practical experience, having worked as a physiotherapist for semi-professional football teams and professional enduro mountain bikers. This experience in high-performance sports environments has provided her with valuable insights into treating sports injuries.
She specialises in shoulder and upper-limb injuries, as well as general sporting injuries, and is dedicated to helping athletes recover swiftly and return to peak form. Currently, Zoe works full-time at Active X Clinics Ltd in Edinburgh, where she provides expert care for sports injuries and sports massage.
Zoe's background also includes a year-long Sports and Exercise Therapy placement at Barnoldswick Town FC, where she gained experience in a team-focused, sports-oriented setting. Her aim is to support athletes in their recovery and assist them in achieving their best physical condition.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
