About Dr Bill Rea
Dr William Rea is an Anaesthetist with an interest in Pain Management. He holds two NHS jobs - as an anaesthetist at The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital in Birmingham and as a Pain Management Specialist at Gloucestershire Hospitals. He qualified in London in 1996 and did his postgraduate training in Birmingham. Dr Rea has an interest in Abdominal & Pelvic Pain and works closely with other pecialists to ensure excellent care for his patients. He also sees patients with Post-Surgical Pain; Neuropathic Pain; Joint Pain and MSK/Spinal Pain. He performs procedures including Radiofrequency (Spine, Hip, Knee, Shoulder, SIJ); Pudendal and other peripheral nerve blocks. Dr Rea also works with physiotherapists and psychologists in Pain Management to optimise outcomes for patients living with chronic pain.
