About
Dr Loughborough graduated in medicine with an MB ChB from the University of Sheffield in 2010 and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists. He completed his core radiology training through the Severn Radiology Training Scheme, gaining comprehensive experience in general and subspecialist radiology. He subsequently undertook a highly regarded fellowship in oncological imaging at the Royal Marsden Hospital, London, one of the UK’s leading cancer centres, further refining his expertise in complex cancer imaging and PET-CT interpretation.
Alongside his clinical work, Dr Loughborough is actively involved in medical education and serves as a Clinical Tutor at the University of Bristol Medical School, where he contributes to the training and development of future doctors. He is known for his commitment to delivering accurate, clinically meaningful reports that support timely diagnosis and effective patient care.
