Dr. Prakash has significant expertise in interpreting PET-CT scans, a specialisation he has been dedicated to since 2004. His primary areas of focus include prostate cancer, lung cancer, breast cancer, head and neck cancer, and lymphoma, making him a trusted expert in oncological imaging. Additionally, he has extensive experience in general nuclear medicine imaging, including MUGA scans, renal scintigraphy, bone scans, DaTSCANS, HIDA scans, and SeHCAT examinations.
Currently, Dr. Prakash practises at the Royal Surrey County Hospital in Guildford, where he provides expert diagnostic services and consultations. He is a member of the council of the British Nuclear Medicine Society. Dr. Prakash is also actively involved in research and education, contributing to the development of innovative imaging techniques and mentoring the next generation of radiologists.
