About Dr Vinay Srinivasa
Dr. Vinay Srinivasa is a highly qualified specialist in Renal Medicine (Nephrology) and Adult General Medicine. He holds dual fellowships from the Royal Australasian College of Physicians, awarded in 2019 and 2021. Born in the UK and spending his early childhood in Papua New Guinea, Dr. Srinivasa moved to Australia with his family in 1991, where he completed his schooling in Brisbane. He pursued his undergraduate medical degree at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, graduating in 2007. After completing his internship at St. George’s Hospital in London, he returned to Australia in 2008. Dr. Srinivasa completed his basic physician training and advanced general medicine training at Gold Coast University Hospital, and further specialised in nephrology, working at Townsville Hospital, Toowoomba Hospital, and Royal London Hospital in the UK. Currently, Dr. Srinivasa practices as a staff specialist at Robina Hospital and holds private clinics at Brockway House in Southport. He is a member of the Australian and New Zealand Society of Nephrology (ANZSN) and the American Society of Nephrology (ASN). Dedicated to patient-centred care, Dr. Srinivasa is passionate about delivering high-quality treatment with a focus on effective communication. Additionally, he is actively involved in educating young doctors, serving on education committees for medical registrars and teaching undergraduate students during their hospital rotations.
