Tom Jarrald
Physiotherapy
About
He has experience working with athletes, including treating players at Wigan Athletic Academy, and has previously worked as a rotational physiotherapist in the NHS as well as in private practice as an MSK specialist. His clinical work includes the management of lower limb injuries, sports injuries and post-operative rehabilitation.
Tom designs individualised, gym-based rehabilitation programmes informed by biomechanics, exercise physiology and current evidence. His practice focuses on clear assessment and diagnosis, structured treatment planning, progressive loading and functional outcome measures to support safe return to activity and sport.
He works with athletes and physically active individuals across all levels, supporting recovery following surgery, tendon and ligament injuries, and complex sports-related conditions. Tom undertakes ongoing professional development to remain up to date with current research and best practice in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
