She has a special interest in young people struggling with transition into adulthood and treating general mental health conditions in people with neurodiversity. Her other interest is seeing professionals who are struggling with work and life pressures.
Sylvia trained in London and has been a Consultant Psychiatrist since 2001 and has extensive experience as a leadership coach, Medical Director and CEO, working in the NHS and independent sector. She has worked in clinics, crisis services, inpatient units and community teams in central London.
She has been coaching leaders since 2011, with an excellent track record of success of people progressing to their next roles. She draws on her training in psychodynamic, CAT, systemic therapy and her personal leadership experience focusing on strengths and purpose.
