Overview
I am an Accredited EMDR Therapist and Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist with over a decade of experience supporting people through trauma, grief, fertility challenges, and complex emotional experiences.
My areas of focus include PTSD, traumatic grief, pregnancy loss, fertility-related stress, anxiety, depression, and emotional well-being. I offer a compassionate, safe space to process experiences that can feel overwhelming, isolating, or difficult to put into words.
Depending on your needs, therapy with me can take different forms:
EMDR therapy – an evidence-based, highly effective approach for trauma and PTSD.
Psychoanalytic psychotherapy – longer-term exploration of unconscious patterns, relationships, and meaning.
