Zu seinen fachlichen Schwerpunkten gehören: Innere Medizin Kardiologie Lungen- und Bronchialheilkunde Intensivmedizin Taucharzt nach GTÜM In seiner Praxis für Herz, Lunge, Allergologie und Ernährungsmedizin bietet Dr. Holt gemeinsam mit seinem Team ein umfassendes medizinisches Angebot an. Um möglichst ganzheitliche Behandlungen und Diagnosen abzudecken, bietet das Team fachärztliche Versorgung, Schilddrüsendiagnostik, Leistungsdiagnostik, wie auch Tauchtauglichkeitsuntersuchungen sowie Ernährungsberatung und -therapie an. Weiterhin werden hier Herzschrittmacher- und Defibrillatorenkontrollen durchgeführt. Patientinnen und Patienten schätzen Dr. Holt nicht nur für sein Fachwissen, sondern auch für seine Empathie und Menschlichkeit. Er nimmt sich für jede Patientin und jeden Patienten umfassend Zeit, beantwortet alle Fragen und erklärt alle Behandlungsschritte patientengerecht. Stephan K. Holt studierte an der Ruhr-Universität Bochum, der University of Cape Town und der University of Oxford. Er absolvierte im Anschluss die Facharztausbildung am Universitätsklinikum Bergmannsheil Bochum zum Facharzt für Innere Medizin und später für Kardiologie sowie die Ausbildung zum Pneumologen. in der Ruhrlandklinik Essen. In der Lungenfachklinik Bethanien, Solingen war Dr. Holt als Oberarzt tätig und war Leiter der Ambulanz für pulmonale Hypertonie. Seit 2020 ist er in Recklinghausen niedergelassen als Kardiolge und Pneumologe (Lungenfacharzt).
