Physiotherapy
About
After completing her undergraduate studies in Physiology at Cardiff University, Shreena pursued her passion for physiotherapy by obtaining a degree from King's College, London. She has worked as a First Contact Practitioner in the NHS, where she gained valuable experience in assessing and managing a diverse range of musculoskeletal conditions. Her expertise extends to working with athletes, including tennis players, golfers, and rugby players, allowing her to develop a keen interest in rotational lumbo-pelvic mechanics.
During her pursuit of a Sports Medicine Masters, Shreena focused her thesis on investigating lower back pain within the PGA tour golfer population. Additionally, she has recently ventured into postpartum care, collaborating with women's health specialists to support new mothers in safely returning to sports activities after childbirth.
Shreena's specialist interests include rotational sports and related lumbo-pelvic mechanics, as well as postpartum and post-surgical knee and hip rehabilitation. With her wealth of knowledge and dedication to providing exceptional care, Shreena is committed to helping individuals overcome musculoskeletal challenges and achieve their optimal physical well-being.
“Evidence-based care tailored to each patient — taking the time to explain options and shared decisions.”
