About
Shirall understands that various traumas we can experience throughout our life can have an ongoing and lasting effect on our ability to engage meaningfully in our lives and she actively works with clients to help them to feel empowered in their lives again.
Shirall is trained in the trauma therapy Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) and attachment focused psychotherapy Mentalization Based Therapy (MBT). She also uses CBT, ACT and somatic techniques. Shirall understands that each client needs an individually tailored approach to their treatment and she works collaboratively with each client to ensure that their therapy is meeting their needs.
