She has been a student of the Diamond Approach School since 2019.
In 2024 Sarah travelled to India and completed a yoga teacher training in Hatha and Kriya Yoga. Sarah now also teaches yoga on Friday mornings in Mynd Counselling Centre in Bray, Co. Wicklow and occasionally runs yoga workshops.
