Dr Sarah Rollins

About
Dr. Rollins has gained expertise in various areas, particularly in musculoskeletal ultrasound and injections, which she now shares through teaching endeavours. Her clinical focus includes exercise-induced lower limb pain, with a particular emphasis on popliteal artery entrapment, and women's health, including relative energy deficiency in sport (RED-S) but especially in relation to musculoskeletal problems during the postnatal period as well as the perimenopause and thereafter.
She holds the esteemed position of Lead Doctor for the Defence Women’s Health Rehabilitation Working Group, where she was involved in the development of the Defence Women’s Health Rehabilitation Best Practice Guidelines.
Currently, Dr. Rollins also serves as the Ministry of Defence Sport Exercise and MSK Medicine Consultant at the Regional Rehabilitation Unit in Aldershot, a role she has held since 2012. Additionally, she holds an honorary Consultant Sonographer position at the Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust, where she works in the MSK Ultrasound Clinic, and as a Doctor to the British Orienteering Team.
