About
Dr Holsgrove graduated with an MB ChB from the University of Manchester in 2003 and went on to achieve Membership of the Royal College of Psychiatrists (MRCPsych) in 2007. She further advanced her expertise with a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychiatry from the University of Manchester in 2009. Dr Holsgrove was the first trainee nationally to be awarded an NIHR Academic Clinical Fellowship in Child Psychiatry, a highly competitive clinical training post for those with outstanding academic potential.
Her clinical interests include the assessment and treatment of autism, anxiety disorders, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
Alongside her clinical work, Dr Holsgrove is actively involved in research and has published numerous papers in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry. Her work has been presented at both national and international conferences, reflecting her commitment to advancing understanding in young people’s mental health.
