About
Since obtaining her GP qualification in 2008, Dr. Nicholson has been committed to providing high-quality healthcare to her patients.
In 2012 she obtained her Diploma in Sports and Exercise Medicine.
Alongside her work in General Practice, she was actively involved in Elite Sport for 15yrs; particularly at the English Institute of Sport (now UKSI), British Equestrian, and British Athletics.
Her role in Elite Sport involved working with Paralympic and Olympic athletes at GB Equestrian, British Athletics, and the EIS (now UK Sports Institute) showcasing her versatility.
Her sports experience has seen her work at various Paralympic and Olympic Games, and culminated in her being the Chief Medical Officer for the GB Winter Paralympic Team in 2022.
Dr. Nicholson's areas of expertise extend beyond General Practice, as she holds a special interest in treating patients with:

Dr Nicholson has worked as a Private GP at Spire Nottingham since 2019 and really values the extra time and attention she can devote to her patients.
Dr Nicholson is very excited about starting an additional Private GP Clinic on Regent Street in Nottingham City Centre where she will see Private GP patients, but also those wanting more in depth Health Assessments.
