In 2001, she became a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG) and in 2005, earned a diploma from the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health, 2005 (DFSRH). In 2018, she gained a Fellowship of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRCOG).
Outside of the hospital, Ms Mohamed's hobbies include classical music and travelling.
