I’m Dr. Rossella Fioresta, BDS, MSc in Cosmetic Dentistry, MSc in Implantology, PhD. Based in Dublin , I have dedicated my career to helping people rediscover the joy of smiling with confidence. For me, dentistry is not just about treating teeth it’s about transformation, self-expression, and giving patients the freedom to feel truly themselves again.
I have a deep passion for designing new smiles through Digital Smile Design, where artistry meets precision. I love guiding patients through this journey, showing them how their future smile can look before we even begin treatment, and then bringing that vision to life. Whether restoring what was lost or enhancing what was already there, my goal is always to create smiles that look natural, harmonious, and uniquely theirs.
Equally important to me is function. When a tooth is lost, I restore it with single dental implants that look and feel like natural teeth. For patients who have lost multiple teeth or even a full arch I provide full-mouth solutions such as All-on-4 treatments, which can give back fixed teeth in just one day. Being able to smile, eat, and live without compromise is at the heart of what I want for every patient.
At the end of the day, what matters most to me is seeing people walk out of the clinic smiling with confidence again, whether it’s the freedom to laugh without worry, to enjoy a meal comfortably, or simply to feel good when they look in the mirror. For me, that’s the real reward of dentistry.
