Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt seiner Tätigkeit ist die Behandlung von Wirbelsäulendeformitäten, insbesondere im Bereich der Skoliose, sowohl konservativ als auch operativ. Zusätzlich führt er operative Verfahren wie Spondylodesen (Wirbelsäulenversteifungen) sowie minimalinvasive Verfahren wie die Ballonkyphoplastie zur Behandlung von Wirbelkörperfrakturen durch. Neben operativen Eingriffen bietet Dr. Ebner auch konservative Therapieverfahren an, darunter Infiltrationsbehandlungen zur Schmerztherapie im Bereich der Wirbelsäule.
