Dr Richard Ellis is a highly qualified Oncologist.
Dr Ellis graduated from the University of Edinburgh with an MB.ChB in 1992 and a BSc(Hons) in 1990. They are a member of the Royal College of Physicians, qualifying in 1995 (MRCP (UK)). In 2000, they became a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists (FRCR) and in 2002, they joined the specialist register for Clinical Oncology.
Dr Ellis has been awarded a Clinical Excellence Award (level 6). Their research interests include being a Principal Investigator on 8 national/international trials looking at new drug treatments for colorectal, gastro-oesophageal and pancreatic cancers.
